In Switzerland, Martin's professional path has been shaped around communication, analysis and project coordination. A structured way of working, attentive to detail, supported by a lasting interest in investment and by several training courses in this field.

In Lima, Adriana brings expertise that is deeply rooted in the local reality. Born and raised in the Peruvian capital, she knows the city from the inside: its districts, its dynamics, its everyday realities, but also the nuances that do not always appear in property listings.

A real estate professional and active entrepreneur in Lima, Adriana founded and continues to develop Havenbnb Peru, a company that supports clients in the search, purchase and sale of real estate, as well as in guest reception and rental management.

Swiss Lima Property was born from this connection between two worlds: Swiss seriousness and local experience of the Peruvian market.

Our ambition is simple: to offer serious, transparent and human support to those who wish to invest in Lima, but do not have the time, contacts or local references needed to move forward on their own.

Built on a human scale, Swiss Lima Property is based on a strong conviction: a real estate investment is never just about a price, a surface area or an address. It is a patrimonial decision, but also a personal project, one that deserves to be understood, verified and supported with care.

This dual location is not a marketing argument: it's the very condition of the way we work.
